The Duke of Sussex Prince Harry and Wife Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, have received an award for their humanitarian work, racism and mental health.
The couple received the Ripple of Hope Award, an honour given by the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Organisation to leaders who have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to social change and worked to protect and advance equity, justice, and human rights.
The Sussexes received the award alongside five other recipients, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, at a gala emceed by actor Alec Baldwin.
The recognition comes ahead of the release of the couple’s Netflix docuseries, ”Harry & Meghan”.
The first three episodes of the six-part series will be released on Tuesday, December 8, 2022.
