NADMO says it is touring the Adenta Municipality to assess areas that got flooded after yesterday’s (October 29) downpour.
Speaking in an interview with GBC’s Radio Ghana, the Deputy Director of Operations at National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), Evans Anakwah said NADMO has put in place contingency plans and measures to help people who might be affected due to the current rain pattern.
He was however quick to caution those who build on waterways, throw rubbish away when it rains and other activities that cause flooding and disasters to desist from such acts.
