The Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia says Ghana is a beacon of peace in the sub region and this feat has helped to improve the fortunes of the citizens.
He noted that the peaceful co-existence between the different religious sects is a manifestation in this regard.
Dr Bawumia said this during his Ramadan tour of the Central Region.
