New Black Stars head coach Carlos Queiroz vows unwavering commitment to Ghana, calling his Ghana Football Association appointment a passion-driven “mission” steeped in responsibility and reverence for the nation’s football heritage.

In his inaugural message, the seasoned Portuguese tactician radiates gratitude while sketching a bold roadmap to 2026 FIFA World Cup success.

“Not just another job; it is a mission,” Queiroz affirmed, celebrating Ghana as a “nation of talent, pride, and footballing soul.” He steps in with humility, saluting the Black Stars’ storied past and igniting belief in a triumphant future through unbreakable unity.

Backed by elite credentials, helming Real Madrid, assisting Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, and steering Portugal, Iran, Egypt, and Oman, Queiroz excels at forging tournament-ready units. His iron-clad tactics stabilized Iran at Qatar 2022; now, they target Ghana’s nightmare group: England, Croatia, and Panama.

“Together, with unity, discipline, and ambition, we will honour the expectations of a great football nation,” he urged, as the clock ticks toward kickoff. No room for error, his blueprint demands total buy-in from stars and supporters.
