The Government of Ghana has released funds for the reactivation of the construction of a Brong-Ahafo Regional Headquarters for the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS).
The Project which started in 1996 had been abandoned.
Consequently, mechanics who had taken over the construction site have been given up to Monday, January, 21 to vacate the area for the contractors to resume work.
This came to light when Officials of the Ghana National Fire Service , the Architectural and Engineering Service (AESL) and the Construction firm, Samo Construction Ltd paid a visit to the project site at the Magazine area in Sunyani.
