Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces increase in passport fees

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration will from tomorrow (1st February 2020), introduce a forty-eight-page passport booklet.

In view of this, the Ministry has increased the fees for services provided.

In a statement, the Ministry said Ordinary passport with 32 pages which was previously 50 cedis will now be 100 cedis and those with 48 pages will cost 150 cedis.

Expedited Passport forms with 32 pages will now sell at 150 Ghana cedis and those with 48 pages will cost 200 cedis.

Attestation of legal documents and travel certificate fees will cost thirty-seven cedis, fifty pesewas.
